About Durks
Twenty years ago, Durk and Shawna began offering custom hire work for dairies as Durk’s Farm Services, chiefly manure hauling and planting. In 2002, DFS Premium Feed Supplements started importing feed supplements to improve the management of dairy cows. In 2005, Durk’s Farm Services added sludge removal to their custom work line-up. In doing this, they expanded their working area to Eastern New Mexico and the Texas Panhandle. In 2007, DFS Premium Feed Supplements began hauling bulk feeds and has been steadily adding bulk feed items, such as cotton seed, corn, and DDG, to their offerings. In addition, Durk’s Farm Services continues to add equipment and territory, now serving a five-state area.
